Reviewx provides an SMS feedback-request service on behalf of its business customers. The following describes the program in full so end users and our messaging partners (Twilio, mobile carriers) can verify that every message we send is consented to and compliant with CTIA, TCPA, and carrier requirements.
Reviewx Customer Feedback Requests — operated by Reviewx on behalf of the verified business that collected the recipient's consent.
Customer Care / Account Notifications. Transactional, low-volume messages requesting a review or rating after a completed interaction with the business.
Approximately 1–10 messages per month per recipient, triggered only after a real customer interaction. Recipients never receive marketing or promotional content.
Message and data rates may apply, based on the recipient's mobile carrier plan. Reviewx does not charge end users for messages.
Reviewx never obtains phone numbers from third-party lists, lead vendors, or scraping. Every recipient has given express prior consent to the business using Reviewx. Consent is captured in one of two ways:
Consent records — including timestamp, IP (for web opt-in), or call recording reference (for verbal opt-in) — are retained for the duration of the relationship and at least four years after opt-out.

Reviewx does not sell, rent, lease, or share mobile information — including phone numbers and opt-in data — with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used solely to deliver the requested feedback messages on behalf of the business that obtained consent. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Reviewx prohibits any use of its SMS program for SHAFT-C content (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco, cannabis), gambling, loans, debt collection, or any unsolicited marketing. Accounts that violate these rules are terminated.
