ReviewX is a business messaging and customer feedback platform used by businesses to communicate with their own customers.

4. SMS and Mobile Information

ReviewX processes mobile phone numbers and related messaging data in order to deliver messages on behalf of our business customers to their own customers or end users.

Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with the sender and the sender’s use of ReviewX. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data, consent records, and opt-out data will not be shared with any third parties except aggregators, carriers, messaging providers, and service providers that support delivery of the messaging services.

We do not sell or rent mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, consent records, or opt-out data for third-party marketing purposes.

with vendors and service providers who help us operate the Service, such as hosting providers, analytics providers, and messaging providers;
with integration partners when you connect third-party systems to ReviewX;
